The family have been involved in property development and sales in Spain since 1986.

The Resort
Tropicana has been designed in typical Andalucian style and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, giving the whole area a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
The villas all have lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains and are built to a very high standard using only the best quality materials available and the ongoing maintenance programme ensures the whole complex is always kept in very good order.
There is a large pool and childrens pool.
On site there is a modern bar restaurant with a full entertainment programme.
Where Are We?
Urbanisation Tropicana is situated only a few meters from a safe sandy beach at the foot of the Sierra Almijara Mountains and only two kilometres from the heart of Nerja.
45 minutes from Malaga airport and an ideal central point to visit the cities of Cordoba, Seville and Granada, with the famous Alhambra palace and ski resort.
